Payment Policy:
Payment in full is required before the commencement of hire/activity
A copy of photo ID (drivers licence) may be taken as a security deposit for hire equipment
Delivery Policy:
Deliveries and return hotel pickups are generally between 4-6pm
We meet at the designated hotel bus drop off/pickup point
Please meet Pedro’s driver at the pre-organised time and place
Please, contact us prior if unable to be there for delivery/pick up times
We are reasonable, however late fees may apply
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations within 48 hours of booked date will not receive a refund
We can move your booking to another date with more than 48 hours’ notice prior to the original date booked. Simply changing your mind will result in full loss of deposit.
Beach activities are weather dependent and are subject to change which may result in cancellation or reschedule as soon as conditions are suitable. If this is not possible a “full refund” will be paid*
*A “full refund” is paid in full, less the small bank fee charged for original payment transaction.
Minimum age:
The person/s hiring any Pedro's Hire products must be 18 years and over
All children are to be accompanied by a responsible adult while using any of Pedro's Hire equipment

These pages/links cover current local beach conditions and General Safety Practices for the local area. Information provided is for your overall comfort and safety,
Pedro's accept a reasonable amount of loss and/or damage through general wear and tear.
However lost or missing suits will be charged for at a reasonable replacement cost.
We simply ask you treat the gear with a small amount of respect. Hirees take full responsibility for any incident/accident and/or potential loss incurred as a direct result of failure to adhere to LOCAL INFO and SLSC Beach Report.
